To deliver that mission and strengthen our Fitting & Education efforts, we offer you a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Titleist team as our next Golf Club Fitting & Education Manager for the Mainland Europe Region.

OBJECTIVES
The Golf Club Fitting & Education Manager will Own, Manage and Execute the Titleist Golf Club Fitting strategy for each channel of our Fitting Network (On & Off Course Retail Partners, Titleist Fitting Centres and Titleist events) and plan dedicated support according to the potential of growth and revenue of each channel. As a key pillar of your role, you will also be responsible to develop the Education and Training plans through all our platforms (in-person Meetings, online trainings, RoadShow / Seminars) to target our key stakeholders (Internal associates / Fitting partners / Media & POI / Consumers / Team Titleist).

MISSIONS
As a Titleist Golf Club Fitting & Education Manager, you will report directly to the Titleist Senior Marketing Manager for the Mainland Europe Region and works closely with our Fitting, Sales, Marketing teams and other third parties, both locally and internationally. You will be the goalkeeper for the implementation of the Titleist Club Fitting & Education objectives in the whole Mainland Europe region and you will be challenged on the below missions:

FITTING
• Manage and develop the Mainland Fitting Specialist Team (~10 associates) with the support of 2 geographical Team Leaders, in their planning, development, and day-to-day activities.
• Partner with the Ball Fitting & Education Leader to make the best use of the Fitting Team resource.
• Manage, Activate and Develop our Club Fitting Network (Titleist Fitting Centres, Titleist Fitting Events, Titleist Freelancers, Fitting Partners) and seek for any opportunities of development / improvement.
• Lead and manage our Club Fitting resources with the support of the Marketing team (Fitting Matrices / Fitting tools & equipment / Digital Fitting assets, etc…)
• Compile regular, detailed reports to Management providing Fitting activity overview and analysis.
• Facilitate and conduct fittings at selected events / occasion for Consumers, Trade, POI (Pyramid of Influence) and Media.

EDUCATION
• Develop a plan and manage the trainings of our Golf Club products and Fitting methodology with each tier our Titleist fitting network, ensuring they have the product knowledge and tools to grow the Titleist share of business and afford their dedicated golfer audience a best-in-class Titleist fitting experience.
• Lead and implement the Golf Club trainings with our Sales / Fitting / Marketing / Customer Service teams and ensure up-to-date knowledges of our Internal associates.
• Compile regular, detailed reports to Management providing Education activity overview and analysis.
• Manage tools and budget to develop our Education initiatives throughout the region

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE TO JOIN US IF…
• You already have gained significant experiences in the Golf Club Fitting industry.
• You have the desire to lead, manage and strategically develop our Golf Club business and a team of talented Fitting experts.
• You have very good knowledge of English spoken and written and speak at least a 2nd language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian).
• You are well-organized, have excellent presenting skills and have a fantastic work ethic.
• You are experienced handling the Microsoft Office package.
• You play golf and follow the international golf scene.
